Lingerie and Stockings Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We only accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened, worn, or used lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Discounted items may only be returned if defective.

We accept returns for non-lingerie items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
